ORDERS
All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by Service Provider and Service Provider shall not be liable to Service Receiver or any other party by reason of its failure to accept any order under situation where company is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or the order does not comply with the Company’s policy or for any other reason. After acceptance of any order by Service Provider, any order or part thereof may not be terminated by Service Receiver unless prior, written consent is granted by an authorized agent of Service Provider. Service Receiver needs to support Service Provider by providing at the time of order complete End-Use Information. However, Company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.
