Guidelines for Returns & Replacement:
- Product is damaged and defective
- Differs from the description on the website
- Wrong item delieverd/wrong colour/wrong size/wrong quantity
- Missing parts/accessories
Return Policy
- In case you receive a damaged product, it must be reported to us through registered email ID and send it via email at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery along with an image of the damaged product.
2. In case of returning the product, customer needs to inform us within 7 days of receiving the order. In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery
Return Eligibility:
- Product should be unused
- All items must be returned in its original condition, with accessories, and original packaging
- Invoice should be available
- Products marked as “non-returnable” cannot be returned
3. Returning a product
There are 2 ways to return a product. One is from our side where we send the courier partner and get it picked up from our customers. However, in some cases if we cannot provide with the return service then the customer will need to send the product to us by any courier service of the customer’s choice. Once the product is retrieved by us we will reverse the courier charges.
Steps to follow on a return product:
- We will raise a request for reverse pick up and try to arrange it from our end. Once the pickup is arranged from our end, the courier partner will pick it up within 2 business days.
- If the product is damaged or defective from our end, we will try to arrange a replacement; however it depends on the availability of the product

- Once sent the customer needs to share the docket details with us along with the following bank details :

Refund Policy:
- Once the order is cancelled, amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.
- Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking/Wallets -3-5 business days.
- After receiving the required information for refund, refund will be processed in 2 business days and the same will reflect in your account in 3-5 business days.
